Internationally acclaimed hair and makeup artist Tony Lucha began his career at the famed Allen Edwards Salon in Beverly Hills, and word of his skill and unforgettable signature looks quickly spread throughout the industry.
Soon after his start in LA, Tony took his talents to New York City to work alongside legends such as Michael Thompson, Patrick Demarchalier, Herb Ritts, Scavullo and Troy Word, to name but a few, and over time he amassed HMU credits in some of the world’s top fashion publications.
Tony’s strong work and excellent reputation then landed him three extraordinary opportunities – working world-famous locks for Kevyn Aucoin’s series of three look books, which brought him a new level of recognition. Beyond his accomplishments in the world of editorial fashion, Tony has long been in-demand by the world’s top models and celebrities – women of first-name-only prestige such as Drew, Gwyneth, Julia, Jewel, Jennifer and many, many more.
After decades spent nurturing his unique talents and passion for the craft – passion that still burns brightly even today – Tony has firmly established himself as one of the best in the business. Even so, he remains as charming and humble as ever.
